Bill Payments
All bills presented to us such as electricity, telephone, gas, internet, cable TV, alarm system and taxes etc. are paid by us on your behalf and then debited to your personal float account. This service ensures that bills are paid promptly and we can attend to any necessary contact with the service provider. You will receive a monthly statement with all payments made.Cleaning Service
Your property will be visited before each arrival and after each letting, giving it a full clean including; kitchen, bathroom, appliances, polishing, sweeping and mopping floors, replacing toilet rolls and towels, and bedding change. We will also water indoor and outdoor plants, and ensure terraces are kept tidy.
Whilst the property is unoccupied, we recommend it be regularly opened up, aired and cleaned for 1-4 hours per week, depending on the size of the property.
Maid Service
A midweek or weekly maid service can be arranged for you or your guests at convenient times to suit your or your guests' schedule. This will add the feeling of luxury to anyone’s stay.(The owner should provide two, or preferably three, sets of bedding and towels to allow changes as necessary during a longer period of stay and for same-day changeovers).
Laundry Service
We offer a laundry service to property owners including sheets, pillows, pillow cases, towels, blankets and bed covers.
Washing and ironing clothes and dry-cleaning is also available.
Airport Pick up Service
We can quickly and simply arrange for you or your guests to be picked up from the airport and chauffeur driven to your home.Hire Car & Car maintenance
We have very reliable companies who offer discounted special package rates to our owners, and their friends and guests.We can also provide assistance with looking after your own car; arrange for your road tax, MOT, insurance, maintenance, delivery & collection, car-wash etc.
Property Maintenance
A maintenance visit consists of: visiting the property weekly, checking that the property is clean and tidy, testing appliances to make sure all are in working order, checking gas, electricity, light bulbs, and security systems if applicable.Log books are held for each property, and we will submit regular reports to you via our property on-line service. We will also check the property in the event of a storm or flood.
Insurance Service
We can introduce you to reliable insurance brokers and insurance companies to ensure both your property and its contents are properly covered.Garden Maintenance
We are pleased to be able to offer a professional garden maintenance service. Weekly watering, deadheading, cutting back, pruning, border tidying/weeding, lawn mowing, checking and repairing the irrigation system.
We can also assist with the purchase of plants and planting.
Technical Support
Our technical team is on call 24 hours a day to solve any problems you may experience during your stay; whilst your property is being used by family, friends or guests, or when unoccupied. If the person residing in the property locks the keys on the inside of the door and is unable to gain access, we can arrange for a locksmith to gain entry.Our office hours are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and our staff will be only too happy to help with any enquiries or difficulties that you may have. During out of office hours we are able to offer our 24/7 service in case of emergency and a one-hour call-out service for plumbers, electricians etc.
Shopping Trips
Let us help you with the shopping! We have researched companies and shops for a wide range of products. The companies we introduce you to generally have English and Portuguese speaking staff and offer a good range of quality products or services. In some cases, they offer special terms to our clients.
This service can include such items as electrical goods, home entertainment and lighting. We can also assist in completing the furnishing of your property with items such as linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, kettles, toasters, ironing boards etc, i.e. all of the items needed for the care and enjoyment of your property.Pool Maintenance
We provide a pool maintenance service that will keep your pool in pristine condition. This includes the supply of all consumable materials necessary to ensure correct water treatment and pool cleanliness. We recommend the service is carried out on a twice-weekly basis in the summer and once a week during winter.Fax & Photocopying
We are pleased to provide a fax and photocopy service for your convenience.Welcome food pack
Whatever the arrival time, a welcome pack is always appreciated. Whether it be for you or your guests, we provide Standard, Luxury and Executive food packs. We have reliable people available to baby-sit for the occasional evening, or to come during the day to help out with the children.When you Visit
We will pick you up in a chauffeur-driven vehicle at the airport and drive you to your home.
Your holiday home will be waiting for you, cleaned and aired.
Fresh flowers and a welcome pack of essential groceries and toiletries waiting for you.
Freshly laundered towels and linen will be ready for use.
The beds will be made up.
The water will be hot, ready for that relaxing shower after your long journey.
The air conditioning or heating will be on, depending on the season.
All electrical appliances will have been given a final check.

When you leave
We will make sure that all your electrical appliances, including heaters, air conditioning, the immersion heater and so on, have been switched off.We will collect and launder used towels and linen.
Your property will be given an essential clean.
Your fridge, dishwasher and washing machine will be checked and the doors left open.
Your outdoor soft furnishings will be brought inside.
Your property will be checked to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
